Pico de Gallo

Rooster’s Beak Salsa

  • 2 Med. Tomatoes (stemmed, seeded, small dice)
  • 1 Handful Cilantro Leaves (chopped)
  • 1/2 Med Onion (any color, small dice)
  • 1 Jalapeno (seeded, chopped fine)
  • 1 Lime (juiced)
  • 1 tsp Kosher Salt
  1. Mix the ingredients together.

  2. Let sit for 5 minutes.

  3. Enjoy! Fresh for one day.
